starEX 800M

The extrusion lines of the M series (800M refers to the working width) are used for producing monofilaments for making artificial grass yarn, rope, nets, safety belts, etc. from PP, HDPE, and LLDPE.

starEX 800TM

The extrusion lines of the TM series can be used both for producing various types of grass yarns – made of monofilaments, unfibrilliated narrow "mono" tapes and fibrillated tape yarns – and for weaving tapes and fibrillated rope yarn. Short machine conversion times allow to produce even small order quantities cost-effectively.

starEX 1500DM and 1500DEM

The extrusion lines of the DM (double monofilament die) series and the DEM (double extruder monofilament line) series represent a further step in the development of Starlinger's classical monofilament lines: Thanks to the double die design of the starEX 1500DM the production output is doubled – which is of great significance for manufacturers – and the starEX 1500DEM with its two extruders allows to produce filaments in two different colours.
