The recycling line recoSTAR basic comprises the following process steps:

1. Feeding of material by conveyor belt with/without metal detector
2. Pre-cutting in a single shaft cutter
3. Discharge conveyor belt with or without metal detector.
4. Material feeding via reel feeder
5. and/or by edge trim cyclone.
6. Cutting, heating and densification of material in the agglomerator
7. Feeding to a single screw extruder
8. Degassing to purify the melt of volatile contaminants
9. Filtration of melt without backflushing
10. Filtration of melt with backflushing
11. Filtration of melt with rotation fiter
12. Filtration of melt with power backflushing
13. Water ring pelletising
14. Underwater pelletising
15. Strand pelletising
16. Storage silo
