The recycling line recoSTAR universal comprises the following process steps:

1. Feeding of material by edge trim cyclone

4. Cutting of material in the single shaft cutter
5. Feeding to a single screw extruder
6. Degassing to purify the melt of volatile contaminants
7. Filtration of melt without backflushing
8. Filtration of melt with backflushing
9. Filtration of melt with power backflushing filter
10. Water ring pelletising
11. Underwater pelletising
12. Strand pelletising
13. Storage silo
