CIRCULAR LOOM FX 6.0 Automatically controlled warp tension: The tension of the warp tapes can be adjusted individually on each side of the loom according to the weight of the fabric to be produced – this reduces fabric width variations to a minimum. Long-wearing ceramic segments guarantee long life, gentle tape handling and minimum intake friction. Automatic loom stop in case of blocked warp tapes helps to avoid tape rupture and adds to increased efficiency. The patented weft stop motion system reduces the take-off speed if a weft tape break is detected. A sensor stops the loom before the weft bobbin runs empty and thus ensures easy bobbin change with the lowest possible waste rate. Warp tape monitoring (patented) and tension control of the individual tapes ensure less machine stops. The innovative FX 6.0 is a 6-shuttle circular loom that targets all aspects of cost-efficient high-tech weaving. It is especially userfriendly and ensures precise and gentle production of high quality fabric even with lightweight tapes. With an IQ of 350 the FX 6.0 sets new standards in its field.
