Starlinger - Circular Loom alpha 6.0

textile packaging CIRCULAR LOOM alpha 6.0 high-speed circular loom, worldwide proven technology, lightweight fabric, high economic efficiency, market leadership

CIRCULAR LOOM alpha 6.0 Weaving of lightweight fabric with 50 g/m2 and less is possible due to superior technology and design. Weft tapes of 6 mm width can be processed without folding – no tape lubrication required. Automatically controlled warp tension: The tension of the warp tapes can be adjusted on each side of the loom individually according to the weight of the fabric to be produced – this reduces fabric width variations to a minimum. The patented weft stop motion system reduces the take-off speed if a weft tape break is detected. It also stops the loom before the weft bobbin runs empty and thus ensures easy bobbin change at the lowest possible waste rate. The alpha 6.0 reflects the modern way of circular weaving: material and energy-saving production, highest production efficiency, and reduced machine downtime and waste. The perfect loom for fast and trouble-free high-quality fabric production. Warp tape monitoring (patented) and tension control of the individual tapes ensure less machine stops. Frequency controlled main motor, winder, haul-off and intake motors for optimized production efficiency. Powered by smartTRONIC.
