iMOVE – intelligent output optimization with the newly invented bag transportation system. An outstanding output of 140 bags/min can be achieved at comparatively low welding temperatures. The qualiSTAR system checks the dimensions and geometry of each bag. It also detects if a valve patch has been inserted into the bag. Bags that are out of tolerance are separated and placed in the “B quality” bin, while "A quality" bags are precisely stacked on the newly designed stacking unit. New easy-open feature for quick and easy emptying without the use of mechanical tools: the AD*STAR *easy sack is opened by pulling off an easy-open patch that is welded to the sack bottom. High-precision bottom geometry: The patented bottom forming technology ensures perfectly formed and closed bags – rejects are reduced to a minimum. CONVERSION LINE ad*starKON HX Dual stacking station: The produced bags are precisely stacked on the new stacking unit with two conveyor belts for better accessibility. To enable automated palletizing the stacker forms individual bag stacks with no overlap. In a league of its own: Featuring revolutionary concepts like iMOVE, and other intelligent functions, the ad*starKON HX conversion line produces AD*STAR® sacks in a precise, high-speed production process with minimum waste and highest efficiency.
