Starlinger - Conversion Line ad*starKON SX neo

textile packaging CONVERSION LINE ad*starKON SX neo increased output, new generation high-speed valve bottomer, compact design, increased operator convenience, continuous bag forming, high-precision bottom geometry, super-fast format change, virtually non-stop production, worldwide patented technology features, synergy of SX and HX technology

High-precision bottom geometry: The patented bottom forming technology ensures perfectly formed and closed bags – rejects are reduced to a minimum. Electro-pneumatically controlled double unwinding stands for patches – allow roll change during full speed production and maintain constant web tension during machine start up, full production, and controlled machine stop. Increased output and extended format range by combining SX and HX technologies. The maximum output has been increased to 140 bags/min and the format range extended further. AD*STAR® *carry – the milestone in dry bulk packaging! Newly developed handle feature to produce AD*STAR® *carry bags with handles. Attractive, convenient, cost-efficient. CONVERSION LINE ad*starKON SX neo Fixation belts after cover and bottom patch welding unit to improve the general appearance and welding quality of the finished sacks. The produced high-end bags ensure high insersation rates on fully automated bag applicators. Performance excellence achieved through outstanding production speed combined with well-proven efficiency and unmatchable flexibility, giving converters a technological head start in block bottom sack conversion.
