After transporting them to the looms, the bobbins are directly transferred onto the creel. The intermediate plate for warp bobbins is designed for 33 pieces, the plate for weft bobbins for 60 pieces. It is 25 mm thick and made of double-layer corrugated cardboard. The weft bobbins are doffed and fitted onto the plates on the weft trolley (each plate with 6 positions). After transporting them to the looms, the bobbins can be transferred plate by plate to each loom. The weft trolley plates have 2 handles for lifting them. This way, they can easily be placed on the looms. The fabric trolley is used for transporting fabric rolls from the looms to the next step in the production process. This way, the uncoated/coated/printed fabric does not touch the floor and remains clean and undamaged. Trolleys for transporting warp and weft bobbins minimise bobbin handling and thus save time during the production process. The use of fabric trolleys keeps the fabric clean and avoids damages.

Efficiency increase • optimization of efficiency (depending on previous ways of bobbin handling and transport) • no damages of tapes and bobbins Ô higher efficiency by 2 - 5% Higher output: ~ 2.5 to 6.25 Mio. bags/yr. • bag waste can be reduced by 1 – 1.5% Higher output: ~ 1.25 to 1.875 Mio. bags/yr.
